Polish national Sebastion Celer, aged 34, of Galloway Road, Bentilee, is accused of failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register between February 9, 2009 and April 17, 2015. Magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre adjourned the case until May 8 to arrange for an interpreter.

A man who failed to allow officers into his home to set up an electronic curfew system, has now had his case adjourned until an interpreter who can speak his language can be found. […]
The case has been adjourned until 6th May, so that an interpreter can be found who can speak Farsi, the main language of Iran.
