Josef Domanski,
aged 58, of Liverpool Road, Newcastle, is accused of driving a vehicle while
over the alcohol limit at Newcastle on March 20. Magistrates at North
Staffordshire Justice Centre adjourned the case until April 14 to arrange for
an interpreter.
