Southsea rape accused, 31, appears at Portsmouth Crown Court ahead of trial
Muhib Uddin, 31, of Newcomen Road in Stamshaw, Portsmouth, was due to enter a plea at Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday.
He is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman on August 29 in an alleyway off Clarendon Road.
No interpreter was present in court.
Judge William Ashworth adjourned the case to November 10.
The case was previously adjourned on October 5 to October 20 as no interpreter attended.
No plea was entered at the hearing yesterday.
