MoJ Contract - Agencies' revenues

Mark Daley has been promoted to the role of global operations director and board member, three years after he joined the language services provider as head of translation operations in August 2014.

UK-based Capita Translation and Interpreting (Capita TI) filed its full year 2016 results on October 6, 2017. The results show a 10% decrease in revenues and a slight 1.2% uptick in pre-tax profit. Revenues fell to GBP 30.8m (USD 40.6m) in 2016 from GBP 34.05m (USD 44.9m) in 2015. Pre-tax profit rose slightly to GBP 2.27m in 2016 from GBP 2.02m the year before.
Capita TI’s General Manager Antonio Tejada confirmed to Slator that the revenue decrease was caused by the discontinuation of the controversial UK Ministry of Justice (MoJ) interpreting contract. […]
