Yeovil man
accused of town centre drinking offences has case adjourned until 2015
A
man accused of two offences of being drunk in Yeovil town centre has had the
case against him adjourned until the New Year.
Janusz
Leon Nikrandt, aged 55, of no fixed address, appeared before Somerset
Magistrates, sitting at Yeovil.
He
was charged with two counts of drunk and disorderly behaviour in Middle Street
on November 15 and in Glovers Walk on November 29.
The
defendant did not enter any pleas and the matter was adjourned as a Polish
interpreter was not present.
He
was ordered to return to the court on January 9 and until then was released on
unconditional bail.
