case against two people charged with cultivating cannabis in Mid Wales had to
be adjourned on Friday (February 15) because no Vietnamese interpreter had been
arranged for their plea hearing at Mold Crown Court. […]
The
judge said a letter of explanation was needed why no interpreter had been
arranged for the hearing.
