[,,,] But it took more than four years to bring the case to a conclusion this week at Derby Crown Court, mainly, the hearing was told, as an expert could not easily be found to translate messages found on the defendant’s mobile phone.
[…] “The delay (in bringing the case to court) appears to be the phone and (the messages from it were) downloaded on a number of occasions but it was difficult to find a translator and that is why it took four years to get to the lower court.” […]
