A11 motorcycle horror crash driver has sentence halted again
A motorist who caused a crash that left a motorcyclist paralysed has had his sentencing halted for a third time due to language difficulties. [...]
He had been due to be sentenced at Norwich Magistrates’ Court but his case had to be adjourned due to difficulties securing a Malayalam language interpreter for the hearing.
Two previous attempts at sentencing also had to be adjourned due to similar issues with a limited number of official interpreters of the language, native to the Indian state of Kerala.
Paily will now be sentenced on February 4. [...]
